Become a Patient

We'd love to help you, your child, or loved one reach their functional goals. In order to become a patient, the individual will need to have a current occupational therapy or speech therapy evaluation. This can be completed at another clinic, or performed at Healing Steps. We do accept self-referrals at this time. 

 

Please contact us via email or phone to get scheduled. If you have current documentation (referral or current evaluations), please send via email to info@healingstepstherapy.org along with new patient paperwork found under the "become a patient tab" in the menu.  Be sure to check the Precautions document prior to sending us your paperwork to be sure equine activities are a safe match for the patient's conditions.
